Notice of Cessation of Trading

On the instruction of the directors, Provinance Ltd ceased all trading activities including buying, selling and broking fine wines, effective from 1st April 2026. The company intends to enter a Voluntary Liquidation in due course in order to return capital to investors.

Dan Lovedale and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our many customers and suppliers around the world with whom we have traded since the company’s inception. It has been a privilege to work with companies of integrity, knowledge and professionalism, peopled by genuine wine lovers.
